Training

We live in increasingly heterogeneous and diverse societies, and this means that professional teams from companies, institutions or social entities need more and more tools to manage it.

Within this range of diversities, there is the LGTBIQ+ community, with specific characteristics and needs.

It is especially important to know the reality of diverse people, and to equip teams with strategies that lead to comprehensive and effective intervention.

The 26th of December Foundation is a state-level organization whose main objective is the specialised care for older LGTBIQ+ people.

We are a multidisciplinary team that develops multiple social projects in the areas of housing, health, socialisation, employment, training and research. We have extensive experience in intervention and care for the people in our community.

We offer the following types of training:

  • Training in Diversity, aimed at institutions, organisations/entities, companies, universities and schools.

  • Occupational Training aimed at imparting the knowledge and skills necessary for professional development and facilitating access to the labour market.
