Psychological care
We offer a free psychological support service, specialised and tailored to the needs of people over 65 LGTBQI+.
We understand that the journey taken by older people in our community has been long and, often, not easy. That is why our team of professionals is here to offer you a safe and confidential listening space, where you can speak openly about your experiences, concerns, and current challenges.
This service is designed for LGTBIQ+ people over 65 years old who need professional support to manage situations such as:
- Loneliness and social isolation.
- Grief or loss processes.
- Mental health issues (anxiety, depression).
- Acceptance of ageing and changes in life projects.
- Family or relationship conflicts.
- Discrimination or stigma.
How does it work?
Our team will provide you with fully personalised, respecting your pace and needs. You can access the sessions individually, either in person or online, ensuring maximum comfort and confidentiality.
If you feel that you need a space to talk and take care of your mental health, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to accompany you and help you live this stage of your life with fullness and well-being.
