Labour insertion
Our objective is to promote the access to training and employment, intervening in other areas that may hinder access, such as housing and the socio-economic situation to thus foster a Real Social Inclusion.
This is a project aimed at people over 45 years old from the LGTBIQ+ community, with special attention to the trans community, as it is the group with the highest unemployment rate (around 80%).
From the Labour Insertion Project for people over 45 years old from the LGTBIQ+ community, we accompany and guide in the job search process.
This project is developed in the Community of Madrid and to participate, an appointment with the First Attention service (social work) is necessary.
