Curatorship

Service aimed at supporting and the care of individuals with judicial support measures through the legal figure of guardianship.

When justice determines that a person needs judicial support measures to be established, comprehensive support and protection is necessary to ensure the well-being of these individuals.

They are usually very long processes and can sometimes cause us many doubts and fears.

Therefore, from the 26th of December Foundation, as a support entity, we are launching this project with the aim of ensuring the quality of life of individuals through support in judicial incapacitation processes, and taking on the guardianship of those individuals from the LGTBIQ+ community who lack a support network.
