We live in increasingly heterogeneous and diverse societies, and this means that professional teams in companies, institutions or social entities need more and more tools to manage it.

Within this range of diversities, there is the LGTBIQ+ group, with specific characteristics and needs.

It is especially important to know the reality of diverse people, and to equip teams with strategies that lead to a comprehensive and effective intervention.

Fundación 26 de Diciembre is a statewide organization whose main objective is specialized care for LGTBIQ+ seniors.

We are a multidisciplinary team that develops multiple social projects in the areas of housing, health, socialization, employment, training and research. We have extensive experience in the intervention and care of people in our community.

We offer two types of training:

Diversity training, aimed at institutions, organizations/entities, companies, universities and schools.
Occupational training aimed at imparting knowledge and skills necessary for professional development and facilitating access to the labor market.
